Short, because there isn't much to it.
The enquiry form
The form on the contact page does not send anything to a server of ours. It composes your answers into a message in your browser and hands that message to WhatsApp, or to your email client if you choose that instead. Nothing is stored on this website, and nothing leaves your device until you press send in whichever app opens.
Once you’ve sent it
Your message then sits in our WhatsApp or our email inbox, and is subject to the terms of whichever of those you used. We keep enquiries so we can quote and produce your order, and we don’t sell them, share them, or add you to a mailing list.
Your designs
Artwork you send stays yours. So does the digitized stitch file made from it. We don’t re-run your designs for anyone else.
This website
The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising trackers. One preference — nothing that identifies you — may be stored in your own browser and never reaches us.
Asking us to delete something
Email hello@alnassrtextile.com and we’ll remove your enquiry and anything attached to it.
